Before you add a single option, here's what every shed we build comes with. Ask the other guy for his list.
This is what your base price covers. Walls that won't soak up water. A floor framed like a house. Trim that never rots or needs repainting. Leveled on blocks so nothing sits in the dirt. Got a cheaper quote? Ask them what corners they're cutting to get there.
